Key Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative
Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territory
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Accurately record and update sales activities in CRM software
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
Participate in trainings, trade shows, and networking events as needed
Qualifications and Skills for Successful Outside Sales
Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (minimum 2 years preferred)
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
